- Exfoliation: We begin with a smoothing exfoliation using a warm blend of Himalayan Salt and Body Strategist Elasticizing oil. This process gently buffs away dullness while deeply nourishing the skin with revitalising oils.
- Massage: Your legs are then enveloped in a comforting massage using Body Strategist D-Age cream. This technique delivers intense hydration and improves skin elasticity, offering a cocooning sense of renewal.
- The Finish: To complete your transformation, we apply Body Strategist Cryo Leg Gel. This provides an instant cooling effect to help stimulate circulation and relieve any lingering heaviness, leaving your legs feeling energised and beautifully reawakened.

Cancellation Policy
We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. We regret that any cancellation with less than 2 days notice will not be refunded. If you are making your booking within this period, your booking will be non-refundable.
Using the baths
Allow yourself a visit time of 1½ hours to get maximum benefit from the Turkish Baths. (this needs to be booked in addition to your Treatment)

Medical Advice
For your safety, please seek medical advice from your doctor or specialist regarding any existing medical conditions or if you have undergone surgery within the last 6 months, prior to booking a treatment
Towels
We provide a towel for all guests at the Turkish Baths. If you are also having treatments, we will provide you with a robe and slippers on request. All you need to bring with you are your personal toiletries.
