Just so you know, we provide a 15-minute break between the Turkish Baths and your Lava Shell treatment for you to complete a consultation form. Giving your body time to adjust from the heat of the baths to the warmth of the treatment, ensuring a more comfortable experience.

Cancellation Policy

We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. We regret that any cancellation with less than 2 days notice will not be refunded. If you are making your booking within this period, your booking will be non-refundable.

Using the baths

Allow yourself a visit time of 1½ hours to get maximum benefit from the Turkish Baths. (this needs to be booked in addition to your Treatment)

Swimwear

Swimwear is compulsory at all sessions (including single-sex sessions)

We have both male and female Spa Therapists - if you have a preference please call to make your booking as you cannot see this online

Medical Advice

For your safety, please seek medical advice from your doctor or specialist regarding any existing medical conditions or if you have undergone surgery within the last 6 months, prior to booking a treatment

Towels

We provide a towel for all guests at the Turkish Baths. If you are also having treatments, we will provide you with a robe and slippers on request. All you need to bring with you are your personal toiletries.
