Cancelation Policy

We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. We regret that any cancellation with less than 2 days notice will not be refunded. If you are making your booking within this period, your booking will be non-refundable.

Booking with a Gift Voucher

If you have a gift voucher please call 01423 556746 - we are unable to take vouchers through our online booking system.

Using the baths

Allow yourself a visit time of 1½ hours to get maximum benefit from the Turkish Baths. (this needs to be booked in addition to your Treatment)

Swimwear

Swimwear is compulsory at all sessions (including single-sex sessions) There is no use of mobile phones or other electronic devices such as kindles in the spa areas.

We provide a towel for all guests at the Turkish Baths. If you are also having treatments, we will provide you with a robe and slippers on request. All you need to bring with you are your personal toiletries.

The Turkish Baths has a cafe providing snacks and beverages. Light lunches can also be ordered prior to your arrival.

We recommend that you drink plenty of water before, during and after your Turkish Baths experience.
